Dear User,
in application of the regulations regarding the processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 30.06.2003, no. 196 (Personal Data Protection Code, hereinafter, for brevity, "Privacy Code"), and EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter GDPR) in relation to the data you voluntarily provide to STUDIO GLPA (GLC SAS di Geraldine Cobianchi & C.), the aforementioned Studio, in its capacity as Data Controller, provides the following information, according to the definitions in art. 4 of the GDPR.
1. Methods of collection and nature of the data processed
1.1 - The data that may be collected according to the following methods:
a. by sending an email to info@glpa.com
b. by filling out the form at the web address: http://www.studioglpa.it/lavora-con-noi
1.2 - The data collected according to the method under 1.1.a) will consist of the sender's email address, the content of the email, and any attachments,
1.3 - The data collected according to the method under 1.1.b) will consist of the information collected through the form (first and last name, company name, subject and content of the message). Such data will be considered voluntarily provided by the Data Subject - also with reference to the lawfulness of their use if they do not refer to the Data Subject themselves - based on the conclusive behavior constituted by filling out the form or sending the email message.
1.4 - The data provided must be limited to common data, as the sending of sensitive or judicial data is expressly prohibited.
1.5 - In this regard, please do not include sensitive or judicial data in the email or attachments. Otherwise, without this implying any liability for the Data Controller, the latter will proceed with destruction, in the absence of prior written consent from the Data Subject to be sent to the Data Controller, by printing, completing, and sending this form.
1.6 - By entering the email address of the person with whom to share the consultation, the Data Subject declares that they may lawfully use such data for the necessary purposes, holding the Data Controller harmless from any possible prejudicial consequences, of any nature.
2. Purpose of processing and consequences of refusal
2.1 - The data voluntarily provided by the Data Subject according to the methods indicated in point 2 will be used exclusively for the purpose of responding to the received email or responding to the request for information, possibly sharing it with the indicated person.
2.2 - Consent to provide the aforementioned data is not mandatory. Refusal, whether total or partial, incorrect or untrue, may result in the Data Controller being unable to provide an adequate and correct response.
2.3 - Consent may be revoked at any time by the Data Subject
3. Methods of processing
3.1 - The data will be processed on electronic media. The processing of data will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, protection of confidentiality and the rights of the Data Subject in full compliance with current legislation.
For exclusively organizational and functional needs, we have appointed some service providers functional to the management of the Site as external data processors of users' personal data for purposes strictly connected and related to the management of the Site. The external data processors can be requested by contacting us at the contacts
4. Scope of access by the Data Controller's organizational structure
4.1 - Within the organizational structure of the Data Controller, the personal data of the Data Subject may be accessed by persons expressly appointed as Persons in Charge or Data Processors with reference to the aforementioned purpose.
5. Scope of data circulation: dissemination and communication
5.1 - The personal data covered by this information notice will not be subject to communication or dissemination.
6. Rights of data subjects and methods of deletion
6.1 - By sending a communication to info@glpa.it, you may at any time exercise the rights referred to in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, including, among others, the right of the data subject to request from the data controller "access to personal data and rectification or erasure of such data or restriction of processing concerning him or her or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability".
7. Duration of processing
7.1 - The processing will last strictly as necessary to respond to the email and any subsequent communication with the sender, without prejudice to any processing operations following the termination of the relationship and arising from obligations under current legislation, or from the need to manage any disputes.

9. Obligations and declarations of the data subject
9.1 For all legal purposes, the Data Controller acknowledges that the data subject, having read, understood, and fully accepted this information notice, has consciously and voluntarily provided the data, guaranteeing its lawfulness, correctness, integrity, truthfulness, and the possibility to dispose of it, and fully indemnifying the Data Controller from any request relating to it of any nature from third parties.
No liability can be attributed to the Data Controller in the event that the data provided is not lawful, correct, complete, or truthful. In this regard, the Data Subject hereby waives any action in this respect against the Data Controller.
Sending the email will be considered conclusive behavior for the purposes of acknowledgment, understanding, acceptance of this clause as well as indemnity and waiver for all legal purposes.
